Wisconsin Infrared Systems
is located in East Troy, Wisconsin, southwest of Milwaukee and northwest
of Chicago. Our main manufacturing operations and various subsidiaries
and divisions are housed in our complex of eight buildings in the
East Troy Industrial Park. Wisconsin Infrared Systems designs and
manufactures the highest quality infrared equipment available at
very competitive prices. Our state of the art testing facility uses
gas and electric, short, medium and long wave heaters, in both conveyor
and batch configurations. We can also test with convection, or a
combination of IR and convection. We have experienced installation
and service personnel and can provide a range of service options,
from installation supervision to full turnkey installation.

Gas Catalytic Infrared:
Our gas catalytic infrared
ovens can be used for curing paint or powder coating on a wide variety
of materials and part shapes. They provide a much faster cure than
convection, at a much lower operating cost than electric infrared.
Our catalyst utilizes a special design that can operate at 1,700
degrees F, for the fastest curing in the industry.

Sun Cat Catalytic

Combination Infrared/Convection:
Combination Infrared and
Convection oven used to cure poweder coatings on steel structural
and sheet metal parts. Included is a 4'0" long, 69 kW infrared
preheat followed by a 24'0" long convection oven. The infrared
is medium wave, quartz faced, durable flat panel style.
An infrared preheat section is commonly
used before a convection oven to increase line speed, or to convert
a coating line from paint to poweder, and/or to gel poweder before
entering a convection oven. Also available in gas catalytic style
infrared.
