Draw/Tempering Ovens and Furnaces:
Standard SDB series used
as a companion to integral quench furnace lines, available in temperatures
of 500, 800, 1000, 1250, and 1400 degrees F., with skid, roller
rail, full width rolls, piers, or shelves, available in gas or electric
heat. Adaptations of this standard line include units suitable for
use with inert atmosphere including cooling, multistation units,
and aluminum solution heat treat units, used with companion water
quench equipment.
Atmosphere Batch Ovens:
A wide range of semi-standard
ovens in the above temperature ranges, used with inert atmospheres,
including cooling and atmosphere control systems, for such applications
as aluminum annealing, beryllium copper stress relieving and other
types of metal treating where reduced oxygen atmospheres are required.
Batch Ovens, Walk-In
Ovens, Hot or Cold Car Ovens:
Beginning with Standard
SWN, EWN, and SWT series ovens with standard cars, swing or vertical
doors on front and/or rear, to modified standards with different
heating, circulation and uniformity modifications, and large custom
designed units in 500, 800, 1000, and 1250 degree F. temperature
ranges.
